Founded in mid-2020 as a sustainability-driven arm of Bee Dee Bags, NaturalPak was created to challenge the status quo of food packaging. What began as a commitment to better materials quickly grew into a culture defined by creativity, accountability and care.

Our team is made up of passionate individuals from across design, operations, warehousing and customer support - each playing a role in delivering thoughtful, high-performing packaging solutions. From in-house product development to sustainable warehousing and logistics, we take pride in doing the work properly and doing it together.

At the center of this culture is our Kahikatea Eco Hub - Australia’s first fully self-sustaining packaging warehouse. Powered by solar energy, supported by AI-driven systems and designed for efficiency, it’s a workplace that reflects our belief that innovation and environmental responsibility should go hand in hand.
