More Than a Packaging Company

At NaturalPak, sustainability isn’t an afterthought - it’s embedded into everything we do.

From the moment a raw material is selected to the time a finished product reaches your hands, we assess each step through an environmental lens. Backed by the Bee Dee Bags group and operating since 2020 under the NaturalPak brand, we bring decades of manufacturing insight together with a modern, sustainability-first mindset.

Our Kahikatea Eco Hub is central to this approach. Purpose-built and fully self-sustaining, the facility operates using solar power, rainwater harvesting, natural lighting and electric forklifts guided by AI systems. This infrastructure allows us to minimise energy use, reduce transport emissions and significantly improve storage efficiency - stacking up to five pallets high compared to two in traditional warehouses.

By keeping key processes in-house, we maintain quality control while reducing unnecessary waste, handling and transport.

Reducing Impact at Every Stage

Sustainability extends beyond the product itself. We actively work to reduce environmental impact across the full supply chain - from sourcing and manufacturing through to warehousing, logistics and delivery.

This includes:

● Minimising transport distances through efficient warehousing

● Reducing packaging waste in shipping and storage

● Designing products that maximise stackability and transport efficiency

● Working with suppliers who share our environmental standards

By refining each operational detail, we reduce emissions, energy use and waste - incrementally improving outcomes over time.

We also offer certified paper products, ensuring materials are sourced from responsibly managed forests that protect biodiversity and support ethical forestry practices.
